Living Water Enrichment (LWE) registration is now closed.  Classes are scheduled to begin September 13th.  If you are not currently involved in LWE and would like to plan a visit for a tour and to observe classes, please contact Brook Gall at rivergirl72@comcast.net or Bobbi Cascarella at cascafam6@gmail.com.

We require one week’s notice and a list of classes you would like to observe so we can notify the teachers involved.  Please feel free to also contact us with any questions you may have regarding LWE.  High school inquiries can be made to Rosemary Laberee at labereeland@verizon.net.

Let's show our appreciation for Easton Bible Church in a tangible way.  They have asked if we could donate empty plastic frosting tubs for their Vacation Bible School.  If you have any of these bring them to Easton on May 3rd or 10th and place them in the basket in the front lobby labeled "Frosting Tubs for VBS".

We hope you all are relishing in the fact that Spring is here and another year of homeschooling is winding down.  Of course this time of the year is usually jam packed with all the last minute activities we try to fit in before the years end:  Proms, Sports programs, parties, drama plays, graduation ceremonies, etc.  Enjoy each event and try not to get overwhelmed in the process!

Like everything else, Living Water Enrichment is finishing up the year.  We had a fantastic year of classes and are already looking ahead to our schedule of classes for the 2010-2011 school year. We would like to send a big THANK YOU out to all those who volunteered to teach a class this year. It’s a big commitment and it is a GREATLY APPRECIATED commitment.  Thank you, Teachers!

There has already been much anticipation to what classes we will be offering for the upcoming 2010-2011 school year.  Much work has gone into planning a variety of core and elective classes for Kindergartners through High School.  We are pleased to announce that Living Water Enrichment’s registration procedures and forms are now available on the website at http://www.lwhe.org/?q=content/lwe.  Please take the time to thoroughly read all of the instructions before filling out your paperwork.

For those moms who wanted to offer to teach but have not emailed me yet...now is the time!  I hope to send around the preliminary list of classes and times by the end of this week or early next week.  By the way, the survey results are not surprising -  lots of folks looking for Geometry, Algebra, Grammar, Spanish, History, Chemistry and SAT Prep!

We are now accepting class descriptions for the Living Water Enrichment (LWE) 2010-2011 school year. 

Classes go on the confirmed list when all information is received:

-class name
-age range
-description
-requirements
-class fee (if necessary)

It is that time of year!  Living Water is gearing up for co-op next year. If you have high school students or if you will have a high school student next year, and you want to learn about the high school classes at Living Water Enrichment (LWE) or would like to make a contribution...I want to hear from you!

I am thinking about scheduling a meeting after the BCC portion of the presentation at the Mom’s Retreat on Saturday, March 20th to discuss high school classes at LWE.

On March 15th, Living Water Enrichment (LWE) is beginning it's Class Roundup for Fall 2010's first semester. If any member is interested in teaching a class for elementary through middle school students, email the following information to Brook Gall at rivergirl72@comcast.net:

1. Class name & age range

2. Class description including: basic description of class, requirements, possible homework assigned, class fee (if applicable)

3. Teacher’s names (maximum number of co-teachers is 3)

Anyone interested in a solid course offering of core subjects for Living Water high school students, please email Ro Laberee at labereeland@verizon.net. She will host a meeting in a few weeks with interested families.  

Living Water Enrichment (LWE) 2010 Spring Classes are under way.  Registration is currently closed. Please check the calendar for when registration will begin for Fall 2010. Monday, December 14th, is the day that Living Water is having their Annual Christmas Party for the younger children at Easton Bible Church.   There are also 6 high school classes on that day at Easton.   Because it will be chaotic and distracting at Easton that day, and also because I’d love to have a Christmas Party just for the high school students, ALL LWE HIGH SCHOOL classes will be taught in my home at 1371 Stokes Road in Medford (see schedule below).

If you are a Living Water high school student who does not attend co-op classes, just come to the party at Noon!

If you are an Living Water high school student who has younger siblings attending the Christmas party at Easton, you can ask your parent to just drop you off at my home in Medford first.
