Super Sonic Fitness:
1st 30 minutes for ages 6-10
2nd 30 minutess for ages 11-15

Parents may work out in the gym free of charge during their child's scheduled time. Teens 16 and over may work out in the gym WITH their parents in the vicinity. Sign up is monthly.
